You can change your WordPress site title in two places:

Customizer
Settings

Let’s look at each option.

Go to Appearance > Customize

Theme Customizer

Next click Site Identity

Make your edits and click Publish

How to change your WordPress site title in Settings:

Go to Settings > General

How to change your WordPress site title in Settings

Change your site title and click Save Changes.
